Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During busy periods, promotions, launches, or holiday seasons, processing may take longer.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email if tracking is available.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier.

  • Canada: approximately 3–10 business days after processing
  • United States: approximately 5–12 business days after processing
  • International: approximately 7–21 business days after processing

Shipping Costs

Costs may vary based on destination, order weight, package size, and selected shipping method.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the country of origin, customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by local authorities.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs unless clearly stated at checkout.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information and contact the shipping carrier for updates.

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, PURFOCUS is not responsible for theft, loss, or missing packages.

However, you can contact us and we will do our best to help with the next steps.

Returned-to-Sender Packages

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to pick up the package, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@trypurfocus.com.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
