Return and Refund Policy
At PURFOCUS, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, and order issues are handled.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging where applicable.
How to Start a Return

Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The item you want to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@trypurfocus.com.
Please include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, damaged, opened, or altered after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging where packaging is required
- Final sale or clearance items, if clearly marked as final sale
- Gift cards, digital products, or downloadable items, if applicable
Exchanges
If you want a different item, the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@trypurfocus.com.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has already been processed or shipped.
