Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service because we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved. If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us at info@trypurfocus.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Order Cancellations
